Cunard Three Queens in Liverpool for 175th Anniversary

Maritime history is to be made in Liverpool in 2015 as Cunard celebrates its 175th Anniversary. Two special events will be held in Cunard's spiritual home of Liverpool.

On the 25th May 2015 all three Cunard Queens will be together in the Mersey, Liverpool.

And to celebrate 175 years (to the exact day) of Britannia departing on her maiden transatlantic voyage, Queen Mary 2 will set sail for the New World on a 10 night voyage calling at Halifax, Boston and New York.

All the details can be found here, where you can also advance register for these cruises!

When QE2 arrived in the Mersey for the first time in 1990 more than a million spectators turned out to see her, so register early as we expect demand to by VERY high!

The Cruise Village British Travel Awards 2013 Nomination

The Cruise Village are proud to announce that we have been nominated for the "Best Travel Retailer for Customer Service" award at the prestigious 2013 British Travel Awards.

This is a great honour and a credit to my team, some of whom have been with the family business over 30 years. To be short listed alongside some of the UK's biggest household names is testament to our focus on customer service and the huge investment we have made for our customers.

Customer care and personal service is sadly lacking in many businesses nowadays, yet it is the single biggest factor in the ability to maintain existing clients and to attract new customers. It is something that I personally will not compromise and I am so pleased that my business has been recognized in this way. I am also proud to be Blackpool born and bred and to put Blackpool on the map through my business.

I just need people to vote for us now! You can register your vote by clicking here. Hopefully we will make the final three and bring a national travel award back to the Seaside."
